Prevent Players changing the data Folder

Hi guys, I've already searched the web for like 5 hours but I didnt even found a way to maybe encrypt the data folder - so users could not change anything in there.

Maybe its possible to create a own File-System?

Unity doesn't provide you with any tools to encrypt the data folder.

Thanks anyway,

so acutally there is now way to save my C#-Codes from getting decompiled - except paying for a tool that just rename my class-/function- and variablenames?

Use native plugins to protect the critical code? Use chain of trust on webplayer?

You could compile your code as a .dll, which will take about five $$anonymous$$utes longer to decompile.

So... Im not using Webplayer anyway... But nice to hear that there is no way to protect the code you developed a long time... Users will just decompile and create their own game on it...
