How would I extract text from a game?
I am attempting to extract a set of text that is displayed on a scroll in a game, the text changes each time you look at it, and, looking at the hierarchy, i know where to find it. 
However, despite digging through monoscripts and the like, I can only find headers and other small files sized files, and not the text itself. I know the text is not a texture, because I have searched through all of them. I am able to extract everything I do find, but none of it is the text itself. Would anyone happen to know a way to find the text? Anything would help. Thank you.
