Android library with OpenCv in Unity :Failure to initialize your hardware doesn't support this application sorry

Hi, I try to create android native library in Android studio with Opencv and I use library and build in Unity but gives error:

Failure to initialize your hardware doesn't support this application

I tried only opencv library in android studio and build apk in Android studio .it worked ...

I dont know what problem is because Im new about both Opencv and android studio
