How to make liquid 2D

I wanna make game like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwpAuhhOmIc)

But, I can't make water system 2D. during push Space , water flows from the faucet.

There are a variety of glasses. Player's purpose is fill them.

If water overflow , take off score.

If you have good idea , please answer my question.
