How to bring unity sqlite database into Xcode

Hi all,

i have done a project for iphone using unity3d...i'm using sqlite database for ScoreBoard..and its working well in unity..but when i build for iPhone that means into xcode, i couldn't access sqlite database...then,how to integrate unity databse into xcode..i have already tried with openfeint,but i haven't no luck,and no one say the answer for errors..ok please any one give your suggestion if you already work like this..

Hi, it was tricky for me to find this also. Into XCode :

  • Create a new group called "Database" for example : Right Click on "Unity-Iphone" > Add > New Group

  • Add your sqlite file : Right Click on the "Database" group > Add > Existing files

Then Add a Build phase to your build :

  • Right Click on "Targets" > "Unity-Iphone"

  • Add > New Build Phase > New copy files build phase

  • Right click on the new build phase : Get Info

  • Select Destination : "Resources"

  • Inside Path : type a folder where you want this file to be placed like : "Data/DB" (it will place the file inside the application folder, inside a sub folder called "DB"

  • Drag n drop your sqlite file from the group created above to this phase.

When built, the file will be added to your app.
