An unhandled Microsoft.net framework exception occured in devenv.exe [8248]
Installed fresh version of unity 5.5.0. starting to get this error. It's saying a new instance of visual studio has been installed. I have just changed the os and installed everything fresh. After getting this error, i uninstalled VS and deleted all the folders related to this software, and installed vs community from the website. I ended up with the same error again. Help me with this.
Same thing has been happening to me, did you manage to solve this?
This is happening when i am trying to install visual studio from unity setup. Skip the visual studio installation from the unity setup and install directly from the Microsoft website. I recently got back using mono develop because my projects are small anyway. :)
