Mirror movement scaled down

Hello,

I am working on a little space project, I have hit a few brick walls and with solar systems and rendering view / scaling down models and so on to get the best effect, So far i have the treadmill effect with 0,0,0 origin but still a 1:1 universe is not possible so i had the idea of a separate camera that mirrors my movement around a mini solar system scaled down enough to "fake" me approaching planets, thats the idea but for the question.

How can i make 1 camera mirror the movements of another camera with a factor of 1:1000 Main camera moves 1000 units, the fake universe camera only moves 1.

Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Never mind, I got it working as intended but i did not take into account of the solar system and the camera gradually shifting "tread-milling" back into no precision zone making everything shake violently, Does anyone else have any idea how to achieve the best results for full scale solar system?
