procedurally generated map
hello. i'm mohamed aziz. there is a game that goes by the name of superflight on steam. the game uses procedural generation to create it's maps. you enter a seed of your making to create the map and using that same seed will generate the same map even in other computers. i do understand how procedurally generated 2d maps or terrain works. but not this one. can someone please have a look and explain how a similar system could be reproduced. thank you in advance. ,
you cant expect us to go buy a game to answer your question. could you be more specific on what you want to do.
If you have ANY idea how procedural generation works, then you should know that no answer to this question is going to be produced on UA. You are asking "how" to copy a unique procedural generation algorithm. With what, the code that already generated everything too? I mean this question is literally impossible to answer within the character limitations of UA.
