2D Collider tolerance? Character Getting Rooftopped.

So I'm having a problem with my characters movement. I have hot blocks that will spring a character in the opposite direction and up a little bit. Very similar to the hot blocks in Battleblock theater. However, when I have one sunken into a wall, I have to have 2 separate colliders. Those 2 colliders don't want to sync up with eachother. If the block above the hot block is too far out, the character gets immediately rooftopped. if the hot block is too far out, the character will just pop straight up. All I need is either a method to get those colliders edges in the EXACT same spot, or a way to add some kind of tolerance.!alt text
