Animation collision??
Here is the situation: I have an Axe with a swing animation that spawns at the swing point which is a child of my first person controller. The axe is made up of two nested empty game objects and then the axe itself. The second empty is where the animation was created, relative to the first empty to allow for spawning at any location. I need a tree to be able to detect when the axe collides with it, but it only detects it if the empty game object of the axe is spawned on top of the tree, and not if the empty is spawned next to the tree and the axe swings into the tree. How should I go about this to make it work properly?
I notice that you've gotten a lot of answers to questions you've asked here, but haven't marked any of them "accepted". Go do that and I'll help you out with this.
