On exiting application My SAMSUNG TAB sph-p100 crashes

Hey guys after exiting from the application on Galaxy tab sph-p100 sprint 7-inch tablet crashes and i have to restart it everytime. What could be the reason , Using UNITY 4.3.1f1 and the tab have android 2.3.3. Heard unity 4.2 and above have this bug.
