Publish button deactivated on changes pannel of unity collaborate. PLEASE HELP

Hi our team is using free version of Unity teams For some reasons the changes i made are not being updated on the changes pannel and the publish button is also deactivated. I had restored the latest changes my teammate had made and made a lot of changes but Unity collaborate is not detecting it.

There is no error or crashes. What can i do to publish my work? Any help will be appreciated
