Question is off-topic or not relevant. The user is responsible for creating backups of their files. Recovery of files from a filesystem is not Unity related.
How to recover lost data
I Was just moving stuff around and organizing things in folders When all my prefabs turned blank and Wont place. it just... like deleted all my prefabs I had created. is there any way to recover these? any help would be greatly appreciated. thx
$$anonymous$$ake sure all $$anonymous$$eta Files are moved with the corresponding Asset files.
Rearranging should be handled in the editor rather than in your OS File Explorer
In the future use an online service to back up your project regularly. Unity has Unity Collaborate built in and it works nicely, but it requires you to pay for it.

Sorry for your loss, but you can try to restore lost data from the backup. Indeed those lost data are only marked as deleted invisible, rather than go away permanently. If you have no backup file available, you can use the data recovery tools to help you recover lost data.
