Combine submeshes with same material

I have some strange Objects in Unity. There was 20 submeshes but many of them have the same Material. Thats an problem for DrawCalls. I need an Editorscript who combines all submeshes with the same material.

i think when 1 have 5 materials on this object, it should be enough when i have 5 submeshes instead of 20
