Blender to Mixamo to Unity3D
I'm having allot of confusion here. I made a model on Sculptris and exported it to blender as an OBJ (thats all there is to export on sculptris). I decimated the model and reduced the poly-count. Im confused with the whole UV MAPPING thing and the texture painting so how do i do that and once I texture painted it will the textures and model get rigged on mixamo properly and then to Unity?

I cannot really help you with UV Mapping and Texture painting in blender, But this will help there: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Blender_3D:_Noob_to_Pro/UV_Map_Basics
once your model is at the standard you want it:
Go here: http://www.mixamo.com/c/auto-rigger
Read up about the rigging options for mixamo
Once rigged you should be able to simply import it into unity and test.
