Can you export animations from Unity into other software?

Hi everyone

I made an animation in Unity( (it was a mocap animation) and would like to export it out of unity into Blender as an FBX (or anything that works) I downloaded a FBX exporter( link below) but it didn't work as it can't export animations. https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/essentials/fbx-exporter-101408

I don't have Maya. :(

Is this possible? Thanks.
