how can change speed transition between 2 states?

hi i want to change speed transition between states but i don't know ,how can do this ?

I think you're talking about speed transition between 2 mecanim states ?

In the next iteration of Unity (4.3). You will have more options for transitions ! ( CrossFade function between state ;) )
