Fix Entry Animations
I am making a 3d platformer game with a spherical player and a Zombear enemy from the Survival Shooter tutorial. I just made a death animation for the player where it shrinks upon touching the enemy. However, when I drag the Death animation onto the Animator window, it automatically makes a transition between the 'entry' and the 'death' animation. Obviously this is not what I want because the Death animation plays at the start of the game. How do I remove transitions between entry and death?

Just pick another state, then Right Click on it -> Set As Layer Default State

Thank you, but i want the default state to be 'any state' so I can play the death anim whenever I want, but 'any state' doesnt have a Set As Layer Default State button.
Anyway you should have 1 entry state. If you want death animation play from any state then make transition from anystate state to death
I did that but it keeps playing at the beginning. Is it a scripting issue?
