It says what to do:
You need to create a free Bing key. Read the WorldComposer manual in the TerrainComposer folder how to do this. If you are in Webplayer build mode, read the troubleshooting in the WorldComposer manual to get it working. After you entered the key, press F5 to refresh. Then press the "k" button in Map Parameters to hide the key and this text.
I don't own WorldComposer nor have ever tried it, so I don't how to create a key. Read the manual as it suggests and follow the steps.
