Memory problem with a simple 4 level game and I want to add more levels.
I made a game that is on the Apple store and it only has 4 levels. I made more levels but find the memory surges to 1,000MB++ and it will crash on iPad when I test the game with the added levels. I am new and may be missing something that you pros know. Right now there are 2 scenes, the opening and game scene. The game is such that it continue fluidly from one level to the next. I use images with animations and I use tinypng.com to reduce the size of the Corel Draw PNGs and reduce the size to that of the actual size of the game screen before I upload them to Unity. This helped me get the game accepted the 1st time because I did have the same problem with the 1st attempt and Apple refused the game because it crashed on iPad.
