Animation from actual position instead of animation starting position

Hi guys. I have a scrollpanel with some things inside that when clicked they animate. However they animate always from the same animation starting position and not from their actual position.

Any ideas?

Hi - I think this one needs more detailed explanation of what you are trying to do - perhaps an image or video link, also define 'actual position' to help clarify
