How to show filter in input field UI ?

Hello, i am trying to do a search bar in unity3D, I find I can use input field allowed user input. I want to show a filter when you type some word on the input field , there should be some filter come down. like the screenshot below.

Because I just need a demo, so the filter is just some fixed text.. anyone has idea how to achieve it ?
