How do I host a Web Player build through a custom domain?
I know there are a lot of ways to host a Web Player build through Google Drive or Dropbox, but a certain client wants to publish a game through a custom domain, and host it to AWS for example. Are there any steps that I should know?

WebGL is a Javascript framework so it runs on the client side. You don't need anything special for it to run, the only thing needed is to make sure that the players use a compatible browser. Try it out with the template unity gives and you should get going in no time.
On a side note, I don't know the scope of the project but AWS seems a bit overkill for this, check out a shared hosting, might suit your needs better since it's more simple and less expensive.
