Asset Store assets shareable between partners?

Hi, we have outsourcers doing the graphics, of course we as a company have to buy assets for them.

My question is if I can buy assets and send such assets to them or if the assets I buy are going to be locked on my Unity account.

If I cannot send assets to outsourcers then we would have to buy the assets twice because we also need them.
