Draw 3D Lines from vector points

Hi,

I would like to draw a 3D line from points in a kind of graph. The goal is to draw a path, something like this:

I can't figure out how to do such a graph usin Unity, it looks a lot more complicated than I thought.
I also need to draw it from code because I get values of my points at runtime.
Does anyone have an idea?
