Let the user record game screen

I am creating audio visualization application in Unity. There is Unity screen recorder and it records very well, however it only works in Unity Editor. How to record when the application is built?

The quesiton is relevant for me too. Does anyone knows how to do that? Maybe a save a small portion of a gameplay in GIF, so player can revisit his fragment of the playthrough.
