I can't see light effects in Android AVD

Hi! I'm a newbie in Android development and I'm facing this problem since I succeed to push my Unity content on my Virtual device. I haven't got any light working on my AVD. I just see all my components that appears in black. I tried with all kind of lights available, and even a scene with a simple cube give me the same results (black object on a colored background)

Don't have to tell that everything's fine from the main camera perspective in Unity. Think it's just a setting to adjust but can't find it.

i'm using unity 4.1.3, android sdk 21 and tried from android 2.1 to android 4.0 (though my AVD can simulate ARMv7 which is required by Unity only from 4.0 - an other problem -_-) and I haven't yet a physical device to test it. thank you
