"Initializing connection"

Hi, I continously get a pop-up screen saying "This version of Unity requires authorization for you to use it. Please press the "Register" button to begin the authorization process. A one time 30-day trial is available for everyone."

when i click register , internet activation (for the free version)

it stay at the screen that say "Initializing connection" for more than an hour now. and i can serve the net. Please help.

(i only have a 1 gig cap cant download it again.)
