Game hangs at 90% on play.unity.com
Forgive me, I am a newbie.
Did the rollerball tutorial using unity version 2020.3.18f1.
Windows and webGL platforms 'Build and Run' successful in playing the game.
WebGL, ensured compression was off, uploaded to github, successful playing the game.
But when attempting to run on play.unity.com, it hangs at 90% with text:
"The first play through is recorded to add a preview of the game."
Zip file structure:
-
Attempts:
- Contents of build directory
- Contents of build directory in HTML folder
Browser used, Chrome.

@Miklosb do you solve the problem? this is exactly what happened to mine, still stuck at 90% for 3 hours already.
Good Day nicca_NJ, haven't been hacking at unity for a month now...but no, did not solve the problem, nor got any solutions/suggestions to address it.
Sorry....
@Miklosb, @nicca_NJ Having the same problem. I've tried changing the Compression Format to Disabled as well as setting the checkbox for Decompression Fallback.
I started the project in 2021.2.8f1. Thinking that it might be a version problem I rolled back to 2020.3.26f1 and it didn't seem to fix it.
So for me it's still hanging at 90% and Chrome is reporting errors like:
Uncaught (in promise) DOMException:... Failed to get ServiceWorkerRegistration objects: The user denied permission to use Service Worker. error set cross_tab_broadcast DOMException: Failed to read the 'localStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied for this document.
