Cannot post in community forum ???

  • Properly logged in on the community forum

  • Able to do searches and view postings, and reply.

  • But I have no option to create a post.

  • Never had problem before.

Please help (t.y.)

I have the same issue Idon't know where is the create new thread button

weird... I figured it out
I executed my search on the home page before selecting a forum.
It returns a list of posts but '+Post New Thread' button is missing.

wow... the tripping pebbles and obstacles of cybernetics are endless...

Perhaps a warning? ...must select forum to post...(where button would be).
...assuming the search returned postings across all forums?

@general_pikachu to post a new forum follow these steps:

  • Log into your Unity Account.

  • Select 'Community' at the top of the Unity Interface.

  • Select 'Forums' within the 'Community' Interface.

  • Under Unity 'Community Support' select the category that you want to post in. (Ex; 2D, Audio & Video, Animation, etc.)

  • Select the 'Post Thread' and you may now post your topic. alt text
