Does the Substance pulgin take a toll on performance?
For example: I have a stylized brick wall texture with two colour combinations that I wish to be able to change the colour of at a whim.
Is it more efficient to simply add a masking option to my custom shader created in Amplify, adding one extra texture file? Or should I just import the Substance plugin to make live adjustments to the textures?
Which method would take less of a toll on performance?
