I encountered the same error. Check for updates coming to Android studio. After I updated the problem was fixed.
But you should if you are building for android, just because Android Studio is much better managing all the SDK/NDK version you will need to make a good build. Also, if you know how to, you can tweak your build from unity inside Android Studio. To acess the SDK/NDK manager on Android Studio you dont need to full install or even open a blank project, you can do it directly from the start screen gear icon.
i exported the project and built it but still it gives the same error
