Unity 5 removing horizon in the background
Here's a link to what it looks like: http://i217.photobucket.com/albums/cc192/Bigentasty/UnityHorizon.png
I'm trying to remove the blue horizon. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.

Window -> Lighting -> Scene. Set Environment Lighting Skybox to "None".
Ah, that's better. Has anybody noticed that this skybox is curved in the four cardinal directions but not in the intercardinal directions. That alone was an eyesore.
While you are in the lighting section you might also want to go to the lightmaps page and turn off Continuous Baking as that is a major slowdown while working in the editor.
Is there any way to make this setting the "default" settings for every new scene?
This setting doesn't exist for me! http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/1339541/unity-56-window-lighting-scene-doesnt-exist-for-me.html
