Stopped Google Ads Marketing for Apple Store game

For one of my game, I want to do paid marketing so I have started with Google Ads (Google AdWords). I have gone through multiple tutorials available for this and advertising started on Apple store through various supported ways.

But above campaign stopped running completely, I don't know the reason. Here is my campaign settings: alt text

Upto now I have not uploaded any money in my Google AdMob or Ads account, its because of this reason? So can you please guide me into this?
