Looking for an asset that allows me to edit terrain in real time

Hi there

I have looked across the asset store in hope of finding something that i can work with.

I am wanting the terrain to be editable in live play by the likes of a digger or spade. I have looked into Mole-Engine but that does not seem to do what i am looking for? I am looking for something like mole editor on where i can attach the script to a plane that i place in the world that is to be edited.

Anyone got any ideas as to where i can look?

Yeah i guess but i cant seem to find one where i can apply it to a single mesh/terrain and than go from there, any suggestions?
