How can I change the state of the player in C#?
By state, I mean that the player should have "modes". For example, to start with the player will have its base mode where it can walk and jump but after picking up a power up I want it to be able to fly. I would accomplish this by disabling (or vastly lowering) gravity on it and enabling vertical movement (currently the player can only jump).
