Application.ExternalEval is deprecated. What should I use? [Unity 2019.3]

Hello everyone. I am trying to open a web page for a game I am building in WebGL. Application.OpenURL does not work for me as it does not open a new window. What should I use instead of Application.ExternalEval? Thanks in advance.
