Push Notification

hey everyone, i have some problems with integration of push notification package. Basically i want send a notification after a certain time. So there are numbers of issue i have or u can say i dont understand Should i use script in every scene like some SDKs. Second , i want notification to be disappear if a user running the app but this is not happening. * third , if user Cancel the notification , i want notification to be appear after next period .

need to solve these things. sorry for my bad english. Thanks .
