Unity import package looks like its working but nothing imports when done
When i import a package through drag and drop, double clicking the package file or importing through windows>assets>import it does the following:
1.The mouse gets a spinner wheel icon
2.The Unity icon in my windows menu gets the orange loading bar
3.The importing package window with green loading bar comes up
4.It then goes away and the Unity icon on my windows task bar glows orange as if it is done
But nothing imports.
I have done the following:
reinstalled Unity (version: 2017.1.0f3)
Restarted PC
Created new blank project
Confirmed package works (it is on other pc and it worked for me in the past) Can be downloaded here: https://download.stereolabs.com/plugin/unity/2.3/
I get the following log message:
Refresh: detecting if any assets need to be imported or removed ... Refresh: elapses 0.001380 seconds (Nothing changed) Refresh: detecting if any assets need to be imported or removed ... Refresh: elapses 0.001449 seconds (Nothing changed) Initialized touch support.

My bad. Turns out windows thought there was two screens and was hiding the import menu one where a second screen could have been.
