Image filters
What does this mean? can't use image filters (npot-RT are not supported or RT are disabled completely)

You need Unity Pro.
I have pro, but if you are targeting a platform you do not have pro for, then Unity applies the license for that platform, even though you're running on a PC or $$anonymous$$ac in the editor. Frankly I think this is a bit cheeky.

Image filters can be plugged in to enhance images during album generation, adding watermarking, logos etc. It can be applied to closeup images, thumbnail images or both. I just come through image filtering feature in my application and tried aunity pro's Chromatic aberration filter. It is be a big help with it's noise filter
