Is there a way to customize my unity gui?
][1]Is there a way to customize my unity gui? because right now it is white, and also for some reason slightly ugly, and I wan't it to be black and neat looking

The lighter UI is because you're using Unity Personal. If you want a dark UI, as well as some other bonus features, you'll have to pay for Unity Plus. It's $35 per person per month.
However, even in the free version, you can move, close, and resize any tab (this includes the Hierarchy, Inspector, Scene View, etc.) to customize your setup however you like. To close a tab, right click it and click Close Tab. To open a new tab, click Window (at the top).
