Location Services not working on LG V30? (LGE VS996)

Been working on an app with friends that uses Unity Location Services, and while it is able to find them on their devices (which run Android version 5.0 and 6.0), it is not able to find my device (which runs Android version 8.0). Additionally, tried another friends app that also uses Unity Location Services that has the same issue.

Is Unity Location Services not able to work with some newer versions of Android?
