when laser pointer from controller hits a game object a popup text should appear?

HI, I am doing a VR project in Unity. I have a mannequin in my scene which divided into different parts. My problem is that when the laser pointer from controller hits a gameObject(any part of mannequin) a text should appear. But i didn't get the text appear when i wrote the following script. Please help me out.@dgoyette
