Yes, yes you can, if you create it(model, textures and all that jazz) you can totally sell them on the unity asset store. There is a category already for 3d models and you can see them by going to: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/search/page=1/sortby=popularity/query=category:0
