Looking for an asset or solution for creating realistic weather with fly-through clouds and wind speed&direction

Hello everyone!

I am looking for an asset or any solution for creating realistic weather with automatic fly-through 3D clouds, a weather system (rain, snow, 3D fog and necessarily the speed and direction of the wind). I've already tried many assets (OverCloud, UniStorm, Weather Maker, Enviro, Sky Master ULTIMATE), but none of them support everything I need.
