How to light map (bake) lightning?
Hey guys I'm brand new to unity and I have a small problem.
Im working on a horror game that takes place outside in the mountains and I have some lightening that flashes every so often. Every time it does though I lose 15 frames and I'm guessing its because unity is creating the shadows of my mountainous terrain I have around.
Since its not a persistent light source, how could I map it? Is it even possible? I'd really like to keep it in because it looks so cool!
