How to cut a sprite using line renderer
I'm trying to cut a big sprite (a gameobject which has a sprite renderer component) into individual smaller sprites based on multiple gameobject that each hold 1 line renderer.
Is there a way to read the position of the line renderer and compare it to the big sprite and then use something like GetPixels with those coordinates to cut sprites? I'm not sure if this is the right approach for what I'm trying to do, but it seems to be a flexible approach since the line renderer can be manipulate to take different shapes when adding more positions to it. Note: I don't just want rectangle shape, I want to cut the big image in any shape made with line renderer (or something else that would be better that I don't know of).
