iphone gui alternatives
I've read that onGui should be avoided for iphone apps, but I'm confused about the alternatives. I know there are some choices in the assets store, but some of them, I've read, are based on onGui which people are saying to avoid.
Unity may or may not be coming out with an alternative in 3.5, but I've seen no evidence of anything yet.
I need to have scrollable menus and and textinput boxes and buttons -- general things found in html forms. They are going to be filled with info from a database and are going to be running and updated as the game is running.
What would be the best choice out there for this kind of in game UI on the iphone?
Thanks, Dan
