Submit for Login Review Facebook

Hello,

I have a problem with the plugin facebook, when I publish a post from my application gives me an error (see attached image). I use Feed Dialog, I tried to give permission for "publish_actions", but I can not complete the operation because I have not made any request for "publish_actions" in the last 30 days, while I post the public every day from the app.

How can I fix?
