Lighting dialog wont open in Unity 5.3 4

Question

Anyone else have issues opening the lighting window? Windows->Lighting

All of the other windows open just fine but the Lighting window does nothing.

never mind, I'm an idiot. My laptop monitor was still "on" even though it was closed. So...Check your laptop if you have multi monitor setup!
